[ At least the username should look somewhat familiar, even if it's been a while. Sorry Louis, but seeing as you're a witch, that means all the deer stuff should be more than normal for you. While you're useless for hoof things, everything else is fair game.

Maybe Judar should've asked to do this first, but he'll go right into it. This is probably what happens when a feral brain has stabilized and settled long enough to think to ask about these things. So why not just put it all into one big thing to send at once, right? ]

Hey, how long does it take for antlers to grow back? Does it take longer if they're ripped out? So far, because of those people, I've seen these things grow twice, and they haven't branched off like yours or anyone else's. It's weird, right?

Oh yeah, did you ever get the urge to draw small animals to you and just... Bully them, I guess? They're just so easy to draw towards you... The general you, not you specifically. It was never really a thing until... Recently.

I was going to ask you about coats changing, but it didn't look like you had one. That and I guess despite being a deer, you have weirdly human legs and arms.

Injury... I guess that's why they tried cutting into them in the dungeon. Not that it worked. I guess it's taking even longer because of how they were ripped out. Tch. I'd say 'what a pain,' but it's one less thing to think about while putting clothes on. It just feels weird to be the only faun I know without horns or antlers right now...

[ Though he is wondering how Louis puts on pull-over shirts. Or anyone else that might. It's a mystery for someone that's never had a chance to do so. He will eventually. The head took a lot more trauma than Judar lets on. ]

The animal bullying thing is something that someone warned me about with deer from their world, so I was curious about how widespread that was. As for why, I think being feral is enough for a monster do to most things they normally wouldn't. I can't even recall the thoughts that were going through my head that led to something like that happening.

I don't doubt how much your fur covers, but it didn't seem like it changed that much. Is there some trick to speed it all up, instead of dealing with a bunch of shed fur in your clothes?

Some of us are more hairless than other humans, even if they have a lot of hair coming out of their scalp. Well, were more hairless, I should say.

[ Not that Louis needed that particular information, but it gave an idea of how unused to hair, much less shedding hair was. ]

So I'm just stuck trying to get as much possible out during showers until all this grey's out, then... I was hoping for some grooming techniques that could get that done in a faster span of time, but I'll deal. It just doesn't look as good on black clothes.

[ Then... Back to a very faun thought. That is to say, Louis saying he's more like a human than a normal animal has gotten a thought to grow more prevalent as it festers. ]

So does that mean you don't have the whole mating season nonsense? Lucky...

Ah... Right. Wire brushes.

[ He totally knows what you're talking about. Yup. Well, he'll find out better when Caren tells him about the curry combs as a good second reminder. ]

See, I figured having been human before all this, I'd get out of that. With how easily it started affecting me before any other changes hit, it could've gone either way. Then what else do you deal with that you found out humans don't?

[ It seems like an easier list to get through than what's similar between him and deer. ]

Maybe...

[ Though it's not as if Judar was the first one around Louis for that. Which, in thinking about the shaggiest goat man, seems like a good thing to use. ]

Anything else that you had to teach your goat friend about, or he'd go asking you about? Despite all that hair seeming natural for him, there's no way he was always a shaggy beast.

I figured it would be, with having figured out that coats can just change with the seasons. Mine's less grey-ish yellow.

[ When things even out, he'll be happy to show it off. Though that's a Judar thing, liking to show what he's got off, than a faun liking to flaunt. He thinks it's a pretty coat, or will be. And looking at his shoulder's one of the reasons why the topic of coats drifts just slightly to the right. ]

... D'you have spots? Or ever had spots? I never really saw that many deer before, and it was from a pretty big distance, but I don't remember them having any.

[ See, that's enough for Judar to think he was missing out on something, or some great meaning. So the talk of changing seasonal coats is gone for a bit. ]

Are spots supposed to mean something? What determines whether or not a deer'll have them?

[ While there's plenty of practical and factual answers to this, it's certainly an opening for those that'd normally troll on opportunity. ]
